WILLIE NELSON & FRIENDS - Willie celebrated his 70th birthday with an incredible cast of stars in a concert filmed to air on USA Networks 5/26. Many of the performances will be included on the CD Live & Kickin' set to release in June. Artists on the show included Ray Charles, Kenny Chesney, Eric Clapton, Elvis Costelly Toby Keith, Jerry Lee Lewis, John Mellencamp, Steven Tyler and more.

It's a long time since I heard mention of the film 'Sans Plomb' on this list. Not sure if it ever got a North American release, but I just spotted that it will be shown on the Independent Film Channel in Canada next Wednesday (7th May) at 20h00 PT and again at midnight. Sans Plomb Directed by Muriel Teodori. A gas station attendant works to pay for his studies. A woman from across the street is in love with the gas station attendant. A couple of drunken robbers pull into the gas station and the woman from across the street finally gets her chance to meet the gas station attendant! Stars Emma De Caunes, Alexis Loret, Elvis Costello. France, Comedy-Drama.
