Loser's Lounge is heading downtown. The quirky, talented tribute collective returns to Fez (380 Lafayette St.; [212] 533-2680) to honor Elvis Costello on Friday and Saturday. Local musicians fronting the enjoyable Kustard Kings band include Michael Cerveris, late of "Hedwig and the Angry Inch"; Sid Straw, and They Might Be Giants' John Flansburgh and Jim Ferguson.
