This latest release by Mr. Costello was mainly an excuse to get out of his Warner Brothers Contract. It's also one hell of a collection of the songs that he did over the last decade at Warner Brothers. The one new song, "The Bridge I Burned", is a nice commentary on leaving the record company. Also notable are Veronica, 13 Steps Lead Down, The Other Side of Summer and the Costello/Eno collaboration "My Dark Life"
